We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely clean house, and well stocked with essentials to make everything very comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning too!

Fiona met us on site and was very welcoming. She showed us around the house and gave us great ideas where to explore an also dining ideas.City views on Rattray was truly a home away from home. Beds were so comfortable!

Beautiful house that looks newly renovated with soft, plush linens. Walkable to restaurants and cafes in the Octagon with a nice little workout coming back up the hill. Fiona met us when we arrived and gave us great tips where to go (we saw lots of penguins at the OPERA, magnificent gardens at the Larnach Castle and awe-inspiring beach cliffs at Tunnel Beach). Especially nice touch that they provisioned the kitchen with snacks and milk!

Absolute perfect gem of a house and location for a Dunedin vacation. Beautiful accommodations and ambiance. Fiona & Phil are superb owners and ensured everything was perfect for us upon arrival. Personal touches, house functionality, and safety briefing were all greatly appreciated. Highly, highly, highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience the best of Dunedin.
