Perfect location easy walking distance to everything. Paid parking right outside the door. Clean and very spacious, lovely place. Will def be back. Hosts were very helpful. Thanks :)

Our host was easily contacted. Good communication and He arranged special safe place to park our bikes, so very grateful. There is no elevator which is something to be mindful of as it is the second floor. Apartment suited us, we were 3 couples and a single. Facilities as described.

A great apartment in central Dunedin for a long weekend away.

Property was fine just note it is single glazed so quite noisy and we assume the prior guests must have either cooked fish or stored fish in the apartment as it smelled very bad. Think owners knew as every window in the place as open when we arrived, but did not seem to have worked at all.
