Spotless hotel! Even always smelled so clean. Alexandro was wonderful along with all the staff! From check in to breakfast everyone was kind and friendly. If we had good weather it would have been a perfect trip! Thank you to everyone that went above and beyond for us! Grazie Mille❣️

From the moment we arrived at Bianco Riccio Hotel, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The management and staff set a standard of service that rivals any 5-star plus hotel I’ve visited. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully anticipated, and at each step, we felt as though we had a personal valet dedicated to our comfort. The team is truly stellar – warm, attentive, and professional, yet with a graciousness that makes you feel more like family than a guest. Whether it was assistance with local recommendations, attention to room comfort, or the seamless handling of every request, the staff consistently went above and beyond. What distinguishes Bianco Riccio is not only the elegance of the property itself, but the genuine hospitality that defines the guest experience. Staying here is a reminder of what luxury service should feel like: personalized, effortless, and unforgettable. To the manager and the entire staff – thank you for creating such a remarkable experience. We left with memories we will cherish and the firm intention of returning.

There are only two things I would mention, the bathrooms are really small, although the rooms are large and airy. The other thing is the sound proofing, most nights you can hear your neighbours talking or their TV. Apart from that, the staff were outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, clean, rooms were serviced every day, food was very good, great base to travel to all the beautiful towns and villages.
