The Windmill Inn

Very friendly staff, especially young girl at breakfast & lovely room with great view. Room great, clean & very comfortable

Excellent location, clean large room and helpful staff.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff alone make this a place worth staying at. Nicky, behind the bar, was so welcoming and even offered us a lift back from a wedding we were attending. And the breakfast is first class!

In the world of pubs-with-rooms, this one is definitely up there in my experience. The room and bathroom were very clean, good tea making facilities, even some outside space which on a hot day was not to be sneezed at. Taken up to my room personally which is always a good start in a busy pub environment. Well signposted and plenty of parking. Great views as it's on a hillside, good range of food, breakfast was included in the price when booking here which was a pleasant surprise. Clever use of outside space whilst retaining a very traditional pub interior. And yes, there's a windmill. Kind of!
