Hotel is ok but the only drawback is we were in the 3rd floor and they didn’t have an elevator. Our room was for 3 people but if each person has nore than 2 you won’t have enough space.

Check in was online and took a long time but everything else was good.

The check in process was rather difficult and tedious. The rooms were nice. I do believe it’s time for a new shower curtain- one that isn’t moldy and can actually fit across the space. Additionally, new towels would be good as the current towels have a bit of an odor. Otherwise the location was convenient. A 7 minute walk from Komagome station and very quiet area. Some convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Would recommend, it’s more spacious than some other hotels in the area.

I like that it’s not that far from the train station.
The check in process is hard. There is no microwave oven and the fridge is too small.
