Hostal Casa Mercedes

Lovely, small Hostal in a great location to explore Nerja. We had a spacious suite with terrace which was perfect for our 5 night stay. Breakfast included was excellent. The hosts were lovely & very helpful.

Loved this hotel and cant recommend it highly enough. I'm surprised it's only a 2 star hotel. Super comfy bed and my room had a large private sunny terrace with our own sunbeds. It's a short walk into town and close to the beach (although a steep hill at some parts walking up from the beach). They have a small plunge pool, perfect for cooling off and plenty of comfortable sunbeds in the communal sun terrace. Lots of choice for breakfast including lots of toastados with toppings, fresh fruit,fresh juice, yoghurt, bread, and you can request freshly cooked ham and eggs. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I stayed here as a solo female traveller and I felt the location was very safe and had no issues walking to and from the town centre, day or night.

This place is amazing... Nice quiet area. About 10 min walk from the beach. Supermarket around the corner. Breakfast is amazing. Such a choice. Love the mini pool. It's like a mini Hotel.. I'm thinking about booking it next year for June and staying lonely. I'd highly recommend this place. The owners are friendly and helpful. Lovely cold water and wine in the fridge when you arrive..
