The scenery is absolutely stunning; Lake Brienz is breathtaking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and answered all my questions promptly, making my stay such a joyful experience. When they learned we were here for our honeymoon, they prepared a lovely surprise and a greeting card for us — it was so heartwarming. The breakfast was excellent too, with a great selection of fresh fruits and yogurt. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great location, a short walk uphill from the station with a good view. Very clean. Good variety for breakfast. I think the walls are quite thin, but other guests were quiet. Mattress was comfortable and soft but starting to sag a little.
Shared bathroom was new and better than expected, less waiting for the shower in the morning.

Perfect location with a homey feel. Staff was amazingly nice and accommodating! Comfy beds and ac unit in room was a plus.
