We liked the location, not as busy as more popular lake towns. Nice breakfast and pleasant ladies helping with breakfast service. They allow dogs, it’s nice to see people traveling with pets. Very pretty landscaping on the property. Easy free parking outside the property.
The architect behind bathroom/shower design really failed on its functionality. Shower does not have a fooe or a ledge, while showering it’s impossible to prevent water from filling up most of the bathroom floor. We had to use all our towels daily to dry floor after our showers. Very noisy door locks, so every time someone closes door near by you can hear it. We stayed on the 3rd floor in the breakfast building, unfortunately at 6:15am when they are setting up breakfast room we heard continues noise from plates and bottles, this is a fault of not putting soundproof doors for bedrooms.

The staff was amazingly kind and genuine. The room was spacious with an intentional design. The property felt removed from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area and very relaxed and calm.
The facilities access was confusing. The advertised solar rooms were not available, but you could access the affiliated hotel’s spas for a fee. Breakfast was included, but my partner mentioned some of the baked goods seemed stale. The room was wonderful but wish a modern steamer/iron was available and the lock box did not work.

Beautiful view with 5 min path down to beautiful Malgrate. Very friendly and service minded staff, good breakfast and designed rooms. Will definitely visit again!
