The fact it was away from the noise of Florence. The room was big and airy. It was peaceful. Loved the big fridge. Despite having to walk a few mins up the road to the hotel for breakfast, the staff at the hotel and the breakfast could not be faulted.

The en suite was across the hall. We appreciated the robe and slippers to accommodate this, but we’d not book something like that again. Having to leave the bedroom to go across the hall, unlock the door late at night wasn’t fun! I have a bad back and found the bed was too hard. That said my husband didn’t mind the firmness. We got bitten to death, despite the mozzie plug in, we counted new bites each morning. For the first 3 days the bathroom smelled like a sewer. I made sure the plugs in the sink and bidet were depressed after our evening shower and put the bath mat over the shower hole, in an effort to stem the smell. That seemed to work. This is the reason we gave a low score with regard to value for money.

I travel a lot and never saw and book a hotel with room and external bathroom . I even didn’t know they still existed. I was in a shock when i got there .

Se una persona non conosce Firenze e inserisce nel navigatore la loro via vi fa passare in zona ZTL, attenzione.Nella mia camera il copriletto era pieno di pelucchi e un po di polvere, nel bagno non erano presenti boccette a sufficienza per lavarsi, ho usato l’unica saponetta trovata, nella doccia erano ancora presenti le boccette usate del precedente ospite e non rimosse. Camera con zero insonorizzazione, ho sentito il corridoio e vicini tutto il tempo. Condizionatore non faceva aria calda, fortuna che le coperte riscaldavano. Fare il check-in in una struttura e poi farsi 500 metri per arrivare alla camera perché è in un’altra struttura lo trovo molto scomodo (soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio e con stanchezza o se hai un bagaglio imponente) alla mattina per fare colazione devi recarti nuovamente dove hai fatto il check in, se non ti copri rischi di ammalarti e devi portarti le cose dietro per il check-out sennò è un su e giù continuo. Alle 7.30 ho trovato la colazione un po carente (apertura alle ore 7) con spazi vuoti. Per quello che ho pagato per una notte troppo scomodità
