ARCOTEL Donauzentrum

I have been staying at Arcotel Donauzentrum for many years. On this stay I had two comments/complaints. The wi-fi was really spotty in my room. I have never had that issue before. It meant when I was in the room I had to be near the door. I have never had that issue before. I almost found the air conditioning to be a bit inadequate when I wanted it a bit colder.

I stayed twice in the last month in Acotel. Very clean, the staff is very polite, and helpful! Breakfast has a great selection, and the Hotel is in a perfect location, and close to the center with the Underground two minutes away! Highly recommended the Hotel to my entire Family and friends traveling to Vienna:)

The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with an excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. They kindly offered us two adjacent rooms as requested and accommodated a late checkout at a reasonable price. A particularly thoughtful touch was the fruit tray they provided for my birthday. We will certainly book again—everything was really appreciated.

Excellent location. Next to a mall and close to the subway station. Staff excellent and good breakfast
