Dusit Princess Hotel Residences Nairobi

Truly amazing hospitality!

This property was beautiful and so clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bar restaurant was fabulous with a great DJ and friendly bartenders.

Beautiful property, excellent service and top notch amenities. The staff made us feel welcome and are very nice and friendly people!

From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome. Every staff member was kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The manager promised that I would have a wonderful experience, and they truly delivered on that promise. A very special thank you to Consolata, whose kindness touched my heart in a way I'll never forget. I had left my baby's dirty shoes on the floor before going to the grocery store to buy detergent so I could wash them myself. When I returned, I was speechless to find that she had already cleaned them and carefully placed them out to dry. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me, it meant so much. It was an act of genuine care and thoughtfulness that made me feel seen and valued. Moments like these are what make a stay truly unforgettable. Thank you, Consolata, and thank you to the entire team for making us feel so cared for. ❤️
