City Sleeper at Royal National Hotel

This is my favourite hotel in London, firstly because of its excellent location, and secondly because it makes me feel at home. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable pillows, fresh décor and lovely bathrooms. A special thank you to Claudia, the restaurant manager. She is very friendly, always happy to help, and always has a smile on her face. The breakfasts are outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. There are tube stations nearby, and the main attractions are within walking distance. This was my second stay here, and I’ve already booked my next stay for 2027.

All is perfect

- Very friendly and helpful staff - Great location with nice restaurants around and an underground station nearby - Very clean room - Very comfortable bed - Well placed power/USB outlets - Well equipped bathroom

- Wi-Fi was working very poorly at times - No air conditioning in the room (as described in the offer though)

Great breakfast, comfy bed, good pillows, nice hot shower.

Breakfast was very crowded, a bit noisy and hectic and not relaxing.

Room was clean and functional, good shower

Check in didn't work, couldn't find the booking so had to go to the main desk. Room was noisy and whilst appreciate next to a road, some better windows/acoustics would have been better. No aircon or even a fan made the room warm.
