We stayed at Aspire Melbourne for 2 nights. The location was great with the city circle tram just around the corner, close to the CBD but on the quiet end of town and we had great views across to Docklands. Loved the pool and spa on the ninth floor, we used it both nights. The staff were really helpful. We asked for an extra blanket on our second night and housekeeping delivered quickly.
The only minor critique would be the layout of the second bedroom. It had no windows and was oddly positioned - essentially just a bed tucked between two walls. A bit of artwork or lighting would go a long way in making that space feel more inviting.

The external hot tubs were great after a long day of walking in the city. Multiple bathrooms on the floor also made it very easy when the pool was busy. The rooms are small but very functional. The washing machine and dryer in the room was a great addition.
The customer service we received was almost non existent. During the check in process there was no friendliness to it. "I need your ID" no welcome to the hotel, or thanks for choosing Aspire or enjoy your stay with us. Not even a smile, instead a resting b**ch face. Check out was slightly better however based on customer service alone I wouldn't come back.
