First off, I would like to say that the Property Manager, Lorena has been great. She has been very communicative and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with her as she made our stay that much more enjoyable with nothing to worry about. She addressed all concerns immediately. As far as the property, it is located in a prime location, very quiet neighborhood, accommodations perfect for my family. Initially we were a little disappointed that there is only one TV in the home but after thinking about it, I actually preferred because it forces the family to be together. After all, we’re not here to sit inside and watch TV. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and all of the amenities and our dogs simply loved the large backyard running and chasing birds and planes ✈️, lol. The home is very nice inside with the perfect number of bathrooms and Rooms. The property was clean and inviting. I would have no problem staying here again. We loved our stay and enjoyed our time away from our home. We absolutely love Palm Springs and all it has to offer. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
