We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and provided a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect as well—just a short and easy 5-minute walk from the Basilica, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again!
While overall it was a pleasant stay, there are a couple of small areas for improvement. The breakfast offering felt a bit modest for a 5-star property, and given that the hotel's restaurant boasts a Michelin star from last year, we had hoped for a slightly more memorable culinary experience in the morning. Additionally, while we appreciated having luggage assistance, the interaction felt a little distant and polite rather than warm and effortless.

I liked the room’s décor and size, and the same goes for the bathroom.
The room was cold and could not be heated adequately, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Additionally, the Flava restaurant was closed, so we had to go elsewhere for dinner.
