We booked a night here to be near the airport, and its an excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, with a nice restaurant,its ideal. They have a transfer service to the airport, and overall we were really happy

They have a transfer service to the airport, and overall we were really happy. We've also arranged to stay another night on our way back. It's nice to stay somewhere we have confidence in

First of all, the staff were extremely professional. Special thanks to Serkan and Mohsen for being so helpful and kind throughout our stay. Even though we had to leave early in the morning, they prepared breakfast for us to take away, and it was really well prepared. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service!

Unfortunately, there are a few issues I feel I need to mention. First of all, we did not receive the rooms we had booked. We had reserved two rooms with balconies overlooking the garden, but we were given different rooms instead. We were extremely tired upon arrival and simply did not have the energy to argue about it. One of the rooms was directly facing the main road, where the noise from passing trucks made it almost impossible to sleep.. Secondly, the bed seemed to be extremely old. Every single movement caused an incredible amount of noise, making it almost impossible to turn from one side to the other without being disturbed. Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and sleep, especially considering that we had booked specific rooms in advance.
