The staff were so kind & helpful, they were very welcoming and friendly, the room was perfect, Very clean, with all the items we needed, the location was perfect for a short stay before your next flight, with good restaurants nearby. I want to say a special thanks to Mr.Yunes, who was the best receptionist I have ever met.

Buen hotel para dormir cerca del aeropuerto por si tienes vuelo de conexión y tienes que madrugar, habitación confortables y modernas, traslado que te gestiona el hotel muy bien (lo recomiendo), ya que el aeropuerto de Estambul puedes tardar mas de una hora en pasar el control de identidad y llegar hasta la recogida de maletas, contrate el traslado con booking anteriormente y fue un desastre, te esperan 45 minutos desde el ateriizaje del vuelo, llegue una 1 hora al mostrador donde te esperan las compañias del traslado y te dicen que ya he perdido la reserva por llegar mas de 45 minutos tarde y que te busque el traslado por tu cuenta.

I like the room is clean and brand new

The transport from hotel very disorganized and was left quite disappointed. The hotel is going to lose many customers if they don’t have their own transport servicr because it was a lot of hassle. Another issue that is beyond the hotel control is the praying at 5am next to the temple, it’s crazy loud unfortunately which will disrupt your sleep
