Garamond, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Krakow Old Town - Adults Only

​A high-quality, intimate hotel with a relaxed, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere. It is exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and finished to a high standard. The staff is warm, welcoming, and happy to help with any request. The breakfast is rich, varied, and delicious. Located in the Old City, it is close to all the main points of interest, yet tucked away on a relatively quiet side street. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

A lovely hotel that appears high class. Friendly staff. I nice restaurant and bar in the basement area. They sometimes have live music there as well. About a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a very short walk from the city center.

Nothing I can think of. I have nothing to add here. I'm just writing sentences to fill space... All is well. Nothing more to add. The hotel is great!

Everything was perfect! The location is excelent to move around the city regardless the means. Very confortable room, all the hotel is well kept, clean and designed with very good taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the hairdryer and was solved promptly by the front desk, unfortunetly I forgot the name of the women that helped me with this, but she was blond and had short hair . At the restaurant, we were very well served by Darina. We didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked, even so she managed to find us a table and serve us with care and dedication. The breakfast was an amazing experience, everything we ate was really good and well presented.

Lokalizacja, wystrój.

Mam wrażenie, że rezerwowałem co innego niż otrzymałem. Pokój standard 22m2 z widokiem na miasto okazał się pokojem z oknem na wnętrze budynku. Myślę, że otrzymaliśmy pokój z udogodnieniami dla niepełnosprawnych (niska umywalka, łazienka wielkości pokoju). W naszym przypadku było to mocno nietrafione i w życiu ten pokój nie miał 22m2, a maksymalnie 10-15 z łazienką. Śniadanie też było zaskoczeniem ponieważ było okrojone do głównego menu (do wyboru 5 pozycji). Oczywiście mogliśmy dokupić opcję, aby można było zjeść na co ma się ochotę- tylko, gdzie to było napisane i wyjaśnione przy rezerwacji?. Trochę już w hotelach przebywałem i opcję tego śniadania mogę naprawdę nisko ocenić. Ogólnie przez powyższe czuje rozczarowanie.
