Super easy check in process. Everything was simple. Laid out and easy to understand. Room was very nice, clean, stocked well for people like us who cook in room most of the time. Comfortable living space. Bathroom is very nice size. Huge closets, I will say that this host is extremely easy to work with. Our air wasn't working and he got someone out there very quick after realizing that it wouldn't cool the unit. Kept in constant contact letting me know every step of the way. Can't be more thankful for that and his willingness to make sure we were comfortable, Pool area is nice, we only visited that area 3 times while we were there. Very close drive to beaches, not much traffic, even during holidays, I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Clearwater area.

We had everything we could need in the condo! Very nice!

I highly recommend! I had a great experience. Costel was welcoming and responsive. It was such a pleasant and attractive condo. It was also very clean-which I really appreciated. Also liked the well- appointed kitchen, as well as having a washer and dryer in the unit.In addition, Avalon was a nice community with friendly people.I would definitely stay there again!

Great nice place close to so much!
