The house has lots of room. The king bedrooms and bunk room were so comfortable and nicely designed! The kitchen and living area are spacious and just fabulous! It was a great stay!

We were all fairly certain the router just needed to be reset, but it was in a locked owners closet and not accessible. It took 9 text requests, 5 phone calls and 23 hours to get a staff representative to try to resolve. Once someone did show up, it took a max of 10 minutes and indeed, the router just needed resetting.I missed a day of work because of this. Additionally, the manager steed that there were some hotspots available if needed.Resetting the router was a simple, fast, and easy fix. I understand maintenance was addressing a major A/C issue somewhere. But the course of action taken by the staff is unacceptable. WHY did it take 23 hours and 14 total requests to receive assistance? WHY was a hotspot not offered to me immediately? CS failed miserably on this one.
