PET-FRIENDLY STAYS (1 Dog Maximum)
We love well-behaved, house-trained dogs! To ensure a seamless stay, please review our pet guidelines:
• Standard Pet Fee: $50 per stay (requires prior approval).
• Guest Responsibilities: Guests must provide their own dog bedding/crate and designated pet towels to wipe off wet paws. Human towels are strictly NOT to be used for pets.
• VIP Pet Package ($100/stay): Want to pack light? For a flat $100 non-refundable fee, the host will provide a crate, cozy dog bedding, and a designated pet towel for the duration of your stay (must request at time of booking).

GUEST ACCESS & SELF CHECK-IN
• Full Privacy: Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire apartment unit.
• Self Check-In: A secure, personalized 4-digit door code will be sent straight to you the morning of your arrival.
• Early Check-In: Available upon request for a small fee of $10 per hour (subject to calendar availability). Please note that late checkouts cannot be accommodated.

INCLUDED: $500 ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay without anxiety. We understand that accidents happen; therefore, every single reservation comes with $500 of Accidental Damage Insurance included at zero extra expense to you. Just let us know if something breaks, and we will take care of it!
