Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. The location was great-right on the beach, just steps from the ocean. It is located right beside a public beach access ramp. The house had plenty of room for our family. It could use some updating such as the living room couches. The wooden deck, steps and access ramp need replaced. There were several pieces of loose/broken wood. We did have our parents with us and that made us nervous for them getting around. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend booking this rental!

We had a wonderful time at Picture Perfect. The house accommodated our group perfectly, we had 5 adults and one child, everyone had their own space and the house is right on the beach. The beach and the ocean were beautiful during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful, great trip all around.

Beautiful beach home-however, it needs a good deep clean and some updating. The showers were not clean, the screened porch needs a pressure wash as it had mold and dirty furniture, and the furniture and decor are from 20 years ago. Some doors do not lock and the upstairs patio doors were hard to open. We liked that there was lots of space for large families and a great ocean view.
