Near all the parade routes, 2 blocks from Rouses, Win-Dixie, and across the street from Golden File Nail Salon! All the street parking around here is free and abundant! This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Excellent location, clean, comfy beds, street parking was always available, cool porch to sit on, reachable host, close to grocery store and other walkable businesses, and a VERY close park if you have children.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others.The home was very clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the a/c was excellent and the location was fantastic—close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing and convenient. Communication with the host was easy, and the check-in process was smooth.For guests who enjoy cooking some meals at home, the appliances are not full sized and a few upgrades to the kitchen supplies would make the experience even better. We found ourselves wishing for more glassware and cups suitable for younger guests, as well as newer pots and pans. We also would have loved to spend more time enjoying the backyard, but felt the outdoor space could use a little refreshing to make it a more inviting place to relax. These were relatively minor observations and did not detract from our overall experience. The cleanliness, comfort, location, and hospitality more than made up for them.Thank you, Genesis, for a great stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Very clean home. Description matched completely! Super cute home. Only issue we had was some outlets would not work, but everything else was perfect!

House in a great spot. I did have issues getting into the door at first and property owner was not the easiest to get in touch with. This stay has ample amount of space for a large group or family. Beds were very comfortable, TVs worked, and AC was great. Parking was no problem. The shower curtain liner was stained and looked dirty. The bath towels are also almost near shreds.
