Nice place, spacious and comfortable for a family
Cot wasn't set out despite us asking. We then had to put it together and find it and couldn't find a mattress. Called the manager who said we are meant to get our own mattress. Strange. We got our own bedding but didn't think they would expect us to get a mattress.
We found a foam mattress which didn't seem safe
They manage multiple properties and were unwilling to get a replacement
Just deflected blame the whole time and didn't provide any solutions.
