Perfect location. Beautiful house. Idyllic Maine. Thisgood Cove was the setting for a very memorable getaway for 6 middle school friends who are celebrating their 60th birthdays this year. The house is on a dead end street, 2 houses from the water. You can see the water from practically every room. The neighbors are so sweet and friendly. We walked over to Vaughn Island at low tide and explored. Spent time at the beach at the end of the street looking for shells, sea glass and heart shaped rocks. We had dinner at Mabel’s Lobster Claw one night and it was excellent! Would highly recommend but be sure to make a reservation. We stayed in and cooked the other 3 nights. The kitchen is fully stocked! There was not one thing we needed that was not there. It’s like being at home… big bowls, little bowls, baking pans, all kinds of utensils and gadgets..The entire house really gives you everything you need. We enjoyed the old school speakeasy, the water views during happy hour on the rooftop deck, the candy jars in the snack room and the coziness of the sunroom. Justin is an A host. Would love to come back!!

This was a wonderful house and the host goes out of the way to attend to the small details. We really enjoyed our time here.

It’s perfect for multi families as there is privacy on all 3 floors. It’s a 5 minute drive to dock square- which is a huge bonus. They had every cooking utensil and tool you can imagine. We really appreciated all the thought they put into making it the best stay possible. We hope to come back in the summer because the view is gorgeous.
