With four bedrooms, three bathrooms in the house, and a spacious two bedroom guest cottage, this property is an ideal getaway,
The main house, which sleeps 8, features an expansive living room, a separate office/den, and a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with Bosch stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast area. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for family meals, while flat-screen TVs and high-speed wireless internet throughout ensure a seamless, connected stay. A convenient mudroom entrance leads to the separate two-bedroom guest cottage, making it the perfect retreat.
On the second floor, there is a master suite with a king size bed and bath. Additional bedrooms include one with a king bed, another with a queen, and a third also with a queen bed, along with a full hall bath and laundry facilities.
The classic guest cottage, included with the main house rental between May 1 and October 31, offers a charming pine-paneled great room complete with a stone gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, minibar kitchen, and an updated full bath with tiled shower. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and air conditioning provide additional comfort for up to four guests.
Outdoor living is inviting, with a lovely patio and Weber gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining after a day at the beach or shopping. The property also offers off-street parking for your convenience.
Just a short walk from the town's shops and restaurants in nearby Dock Square, this home is also ideally located near several of Kennebunkport’s most beloved beaches. Perfect location to visit coastal Maine, explore the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area and use as home base to visit other Maine towns and enjoy great vintage/antique stores throughout the area. Walk just a couple of blocks to morning coffee, shopping and restaurants. Home interior is lovely, and has one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve experienced in many years of renting through VRBO. The check in and check out process was also among the easiest (love love love when laundry is not my responsibility on vacation!!). Host is exceptionally responsive and provided an online tool for house and area info that was super helpful. Can’t say enough great things - highly recommend, five stars all the way around!!

This is a fantastic property, it is spacious and well appointed. The location is central and walkable to downtown. We were incredibly comfortable and had everything needed.
