The vacation resort is surrounded by palm trees on a hill with a picturesque view of Samaná Bay in the traditional village of Loma de la Piña.
Samaná Bay is regularly visited by humpback whales during the mating season (December through March). From the resort, you can watch the whales’ fascinating breaches.
The vacation homes are located on a spacious, fenced-in, and guarded property surrounded by nature. Lizards, hummingbirds, geckos, and other exotic animals can occasionally be spotted here.
Due to the resort’s geographical location on a hill, there are very few mosquitoes, and the climate is pleasant with a light breeze. As a result, the houses do not require air conditioning.
A breathtaking sunrise, the lush green surroundings, and a leisurely breakfast overlooking the sea will quickly help you forget the stresses of everyday life.

Samaná offers crystal-clear waters, palm-fringed beaches, plenty of sunshine, friendly people, fresh fruit, and traditional cuisine. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. In addition, recreational activities such as zip-lining, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, hiking, and rock climbing are available in the surrounding area. Perfect conditions for a dream vacation! The town of Samaná is about 25 km away, and the village of Las Galeras is 15 km away.
You can also book whale-watching tours right in town. Excursions with the local tour operator can be arranged on-site directly through the property owner. The property is managed either by me personally or, when I’m traveling, by my friendly staff. This means there’s always someone on-site to assist with your questions and requests.
An airport transfer is also available upon request for a fee.
Children and pets are warmly welcome at the property.
