Place was great and loved the location only thing I recommend is the beds and pots and pans were very old. Other than that I would definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Super easy check in, great communication, and the place was very clean. Definitely will book again when I go back.

What an amazing location and host experience. Was able to accommodate my mother and my sister over the Christmas holidays and provided a wonderful relaxing location to enjoy downtown Sarasota. All the accommodations are so well kept, and the linens are fantastic.

The property was exactly as advertised only we found it to be better than expected! Jojo and her team were absolutely fantastic, very responsive, extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. The other guests/tenants staying in the suites were personable and welcoming; our entire stay was more than we could expect. If ever in the area, we would love the return to Cocoanut Place!
