This condo was perfectly located and exactly what we needed for our trip to Sarasota to visit RCAD. The only downside was that the second bedroom was very small, smaller than the photos made it appear, so much so that it was difficult to get around the Murphy bed to the closet. However, we made it work and the entire trip was very easy and relaxing due to our stay here. We will be back again next summer. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The pool was amazing and rarely occupied. The wifi was sufficient for me to work remotely during the week. Great view of the sunsets as well.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The Strand is so conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. I really appreciated the beach chairs as we went to beach everyday. I also loved having a beach bag. Communication was great when we needed help and guidance. We will see you again soon.

The condo was meticulously maintained, well appointed, very clean, beautiful/pleasant views off balcony/ perfect for the stay my daughter and I had. Orquera was wonderful in addressing any needs and replied very rapidly… a strainer, non stick pans, and a charging block for my charging cord (forget it at home) were purchased and brought over to the condo very quickly. Pool and gym were very nice. Location is about a minute from a beautiful Starbucks a couple minutes from a Dollar tree, Publix, and a few minutes from downtown with all sorts of fabulous cuisine and about 10 minutes to Lido Key Beach and the airport. Fabulous, very secure location/ building complex!

Very clean, we had everything we needed, nice and quiet place, pool area was great, would stay again.
