A lovingly renovated and modern 1.5-room apartment with a terrace awaits you—quietly and idyllically situated on the edge of the forest—for up to 2 adults and one child. A getaway tailored just for you.

As you enter the modern apartment, you’ll be greeted by the cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large closet. A skylight with a blackout option provides light and fresh air.

The lovingly furnished living and dining area, featuring a TV, a cozy corner sofa (135 x 120 cm), and a dining area for three people, invites you to linger. From here, you can step out onto the north-east-facing terrace with an awning and a small garden. There, you can relax and wind down the evening with a glass of wine on the lounge furniture. The high-quality solar lamps provide beautiful evening lighting even after dark.

The stylish kitchenette features a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a dishwasher, a new air fryer, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a refrigerator (without a freezer).
The modern bathroom, complete with a toilet and a low-entry shower, has everything you need to freshen up.

During the 2026 season, courtesy of 15.05.25 - 15.09, a beach chair will be available to you free of charge on the beach.

A parking space is available at the house. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not permitted in this apartment. You can reach the beach in no time via a staircase on a slope, and the town center is just a few minutes away.

Facility:

The house is in a fantastic location right next to the Kammerwald. You can reach the beach via a set of stairs on a slope in 5 minutes on foot. Through the forest, you can reach the Ostsee-Therme, with its spacious swimming and sauna area, in just 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is available right next to the house.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
