Good location and nice condo.

Nice place to stay!

Great stay. Everything was as advertised.

I am giving an ok review because on our last day we had no water for 4 1/2 hours in the afternoon and no hot water for 19 1/2 hours I found out that instead of calling a real plumber they used their maintenance man who could not figure out how to turn the hot water back on after taking 4 1/2 to fix the plumbing problem that should have been a hour job. I was in contact with Southern vacations who controlled my rental unit but this situation was out of their hands. I told them I should get a one day refund for my inconvenience They issued me a $50 refund. Wow. Not a fun time. Other issues the bath tub does not drain well. At the end of a quick shower you are standing in two inches of water. Last make sure you have foot protection. Around the pool and the walk going to the beach. Some of the screw nails are coming up. Upside - view of the gulf and beach was great. Room was clean with lots of storage and bed was comfortable
