Low level room leak

been here few times already. Really cozy and lovely furnished hotel. Rooms are really nice as well as bathrooms, very functional and designed with taste. The lobby is chick and the bar like a star alone dive bar. The price is possibly the best deal in Bangkok, especially when you consider that they truly have a 5 star service and look and they are located in an amazing area, surrounded by some of the nicest restaurants and bars. All the best is within walking distance.

Pool could be improved and upgraded.

The room was excellent, and the bed deserves a special mention — genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The bed linen was also fantastic. I really appreciated the complimentary water, coffee and tea in the room, as well as the small welcome and farewell treats. The internet was very fast and reliable, and the hotel has a great space for working on a laptop, which was especially useful for me. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. Som, Tubtim, and the whole team were incredibly warm, welcoming and always ready to help with anything. Their hospitality made the stay feel very personal.

The area around the hotel is quite expensive when it comes to cafés and restaurants, although everything I tried was genuinely very good. The pool is quite small, so it’s not really for swimming, but it’s perfectly fine if you just want to relax and cool down.

Nice clean room , good position , friendly staff and very helpful

We arrived early after a long overnight flight and had asked if we could check in early but was told ahead of time subject to availability . On arrival were told our room was ready but if we wanted it now we would have to pay a additional £50 or wait 2 hours - most hotels if the room is available would not charge so thought this was a bit unreasonable
