This property was perfect for our family! We have stayed at Sandy Key before and are always pleased with the accommodations. This was the first time booking Dale's condo. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was stocked with the basic essentials needed for our stay, The beds were super comfy and the condo was large enough to allow our small children to run around. The balcony was also large enough and safe to let the kids wonder. Dale contacted me the day after our arrival to make sure we were good and to let us know he was available if needed. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Perdido Key!

The condo was dusty and there was sand on the countertops. The toilet water backed up into the bathtub. Good location right on the beach and overlooking the pool.
