Step outside onto the large private Gulf front balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the comforting sound of the waves and looking out over the jewel colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests quickly become fans of Perdido Key once they experience the laid back atmosphere and natural beauty of this unique vacation destination. Historic Rosamond Johnson Beach is just a short walk down the shoreline to the east and offers miles of pristine natural coastline within Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Sea Rise at Sandy Key is located in Tower 1 on the far east side of the resort. Sandy Key is one of Perdido Key's most popular beach resorts and offers an impressive selection of amenities. Inside, the condo features an open floor plan that flows naturally toward the large partially covered balcony and beautiful Gulf views. The light and bright kitchen is fresh, modern, and fully equipped for preparing everything from quick snacks to delicious vacation dinners. If you don't want to cook, no worries! If you enjoy sightseeing and adventure, be sure to take advantage of the complimentary excursions available through our Perdido Keys To Fun Program on the Xplorie app. Dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, and deep sea fishing provide an exciting opportunity to discover why the area's gorgeous waterways are known as a Boaters Paradise. Guests can also enjoy complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course or Soldier's Creek, along with admission to OWA Amusement Park for those who prefer their fun on land.
