The fire alarms went off several times over the course of two days even a night while we were sleeping. The fire department checked the entire property. The next day the grounds keeper came and changed out several detectors that were bad and connected to the system so all detectors go off if one does. We were told by the FD to evacuate while they checked the house and had us open all doors and windows for an hour in case it was a carbon dioxide problem. It was inconvenient but was resolved by the property manager.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house with all the amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 14. The grandkids loved the bunk room. Balconies off all the bedrooms & living room was nice with great views of the water.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this house. It is perfectly located right on the beach, and the house and pool were very nice. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and this was one of the few where the supplies were actually "full." The host provided plenty of towels, toilet supplies, beach chairs, and kids' toys. The kitchen was also incredibly well-stocked with dishes and detergents to last our entire 6-day stay. The host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. However, there were two issues: the top floor sofa and carpet had a significant amount of pet hair upon arrival. Also, while the elevator was a huge plus for most of the trip, it stopped working during our last two days. Carrying luggage down from a 4-story house was quite difficult.Despite those two points, this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in and our group had so much fun. We would definitely recommend it!

Location and house were great for a beach vacation. The refrigerator is small for a group of 15. THe Hot water supply is poor and almost non existent in the Kitchen. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner available for guest to clean up Sand during the visit. The cleaning team did a great job of prepping the house on our arrival. Check in was suppose to be 4:00 PM but we were not able to get into the house until 6:30, due to previous guest leaving the house in awful condition. Not the cleaning teams fault. Management did not contact us or warn us of the delay. My only complaint is that the Be Our GUest representative was horribly rude and difficult to deal with including settling the final charges. We loved the house but not dealing with the management. Look elsewhere.
