ENT TERRACE AKIHABARA

Very clean and close to everything needed staff where very nice and was quite at night. Good for families of 4-5

Beds and pillows very hard for my liking woke up with back pain each day

Staff is very friendly, location is perfect.

Carpets all inside the apartment and no sunlight from the windows, be careful especially if you have respiratory problems.

The room was huge which made it really comfortable for our family. Beds were so comfortable

That it was clean enough - not perfect but OK. The location was mediocre definitely not the worst but also not ideal. Although there was a washing machine it had very limited usage and the drier was in the japanese shower.

There were no facilities whatsoever such as a restaurant or Cafeteria. The staff had mostly poor knowledge of English. We had to google translate almost everything even how to use the drier. No one really cared about our stay and although we had only one garbage can during our second stay we were requested to separate trash although no one had informed us of this before hand and with only one small dustbin in the living area and one in the bathroom this was a difficult task.
