Best hotel so far during our Japan stay (we stayed in 3 different hotels across Kyoto, Osaka, & Tokyo). Every little space in the room was well designed and make sense. Hiding in a quite neighborhood yet walking distance to the stations. Staff were very helpful and nice even for an apartment style hotel.

The staff were exceptional, so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we departed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was modern and suited our family of three perfectly. Very modern shower. Location was great, not too touristy but well connected to rail lines. Reasonably priced.

Staff went above and beyond to greet, assist, absolutely lovely staff. So polite and well mannered. Location was great, family friendly area, safe, clean, 711 close by, washing machine in room, daily towel change, three day room clean, kitchen, fridge fantastic, gym, sauna amazing.
We loved everything.

Location was what I was looking for convenient to shops and subway stations and lots of restaurants , cleanliness and tidy modern style room
Is what I prefer and this hotel provides
We booked this room for 3 persons it only had 2 beds and a sofa bed , if the staff helped us make the sofa to a bed before or after our arrival then it’ll b perfect instead we had to do it ourselves which wasn’t a big deal but would’ve been nice touch if they did and wish they had a restaurant in the hotel or a dining area for guests
