寅ホテル 御徒町 Tora Hotel Okachimachi

Great apartment for a family. Fun and quirky, yet stylish. Nice to have a bit more space than your average hotel room. The staff were very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Located conveniently close to local trains and within walking distance of restaurants.

We loved the inclusion of a washing machine after several hotels without one. That said, it was hard to dry clothes because it was raining the whole time we stayed. The inclusion of an indoor clothes rack or a washer/dryer combo would help :)

A Comfortable and Spacious Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement Stayed: October 5–11, 2026 We had a pleasant stay at TORA HOTEL Okachimachi during our visit to Tokyo. The accommodation has several wonderful features, particularly its spacious layout, comfortable beds, convenient location, and practical amenities, making it a good option for families and groups traveling together. We appreciated the apartment-style setup, which provided enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen facilities, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and other provided amenities were especially convenient for our six-night stay. The overall design was also attractive and welcoming. However, there are a few areas where we believe the property could improve to provide an even better guest experience. Our main concern was the indoor air quality and cleanliness of certain furnishings. Although the apartment appeared generally clean, we noticed that almost everyone in our group experienced frequent sneezing, particularly whenever we returned to the room. We are not entirely sure what caused this, but we suspect there may have been accumulated dust or allergens in some of the furnishings, such as the curtains, decorative artificial flowers, or other fabric materials. We would kindly suggest more thorough and regular deep cleaning of these items, as well as checking the air-conditioning filters and other potential sources of dust. This could make a significant difference, especially for guests who are sensitive to allergens. Another suggestion would be to provide complimentary drinking water, even just an initial supply upon arrival. It is a small gesture that would add a thoughtful touch to the overall hospitality. We also appreciated having a washing machine and drying rack available. However, the designated drying area did not receive direct sunlight, which made drying laundry less convenient.

Romslig, koselig og praktisk leilighet i rolig område og fint med cafe i 1. etg. God service og rask respons fra vert.

Beliggenheten var ikke så god mhp. kollektivtransport og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet.
