The location was great with an excellent view. The unit is in need of an upgrade.

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. The property was ok and if your looking for an ocean view this would be your place.

The listing states a queen size bed in the bedroom, the sofa bed may be a queen but the actual bed is a full at most. There’s no way it’s a queen. Cleaning was ok not great The oven needs cleaned. There was some sort of food residue streaked down the front of the window on the oven. The unit is definitely dated. There’s a musty smell at the sink like the drain may need cleaned. The resort itself self was nice
