The house was amazing and so was the host who responded quickly to every question we had and checked in on us multiple times. He gave us great dinner recommendations as well. We will definitely rent the house next time we visit Lexington again.

This property was perfect for our large family gathering. The host worked with us on the party size to accommodate our large (larger than the stated capacity on the property description) group, allowing us to take full advantage of the 7 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and highly functional, allowing us to stay in and cook for the group for the duration of the stay. The common areas and dining areas were perfect for socializing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept and very comfortable. Correspondence via the VRBO app was positive and prompt throughout. This house is located in a safe, quiet and clean neighborhood, allowing for restful sleep, and the ability to take walks from the doorstep. The house is a recent build, and everything is in excellent working condition. I would absolutely recommend.

The house exceeded our expectations. Accurate listing and very responsive host.We will certainly rebook! Thank you Seth!

Just the perfect “no worries” place to host high school friends (55 yr anniversary) from all over the country and show them our beautiful Lexington community
