We wanted a spot for my family as a central landing spot for the bourbon trail. It worked great for our extended family that had three small kids from 3-8 and a gaggle of adults! The pool was bigger than I expected and clean/well kept. There was plenty of room to run around and spread out in the yard too for cookouts. KC was very responsive and reached out mid stay also to make sure we were comfortable ans outside temps hit upper 90s for 5 straight days but the house stayed nice and cool. Thanks for a great stay and highly recommend!

Property was as described. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub even with the early spring weather. Convenient to all. Very roomy accommodations for 6 adults . I highly revommend.

The house was in a nice neighborhood, close to UK. We planned on using the pool and hot tub, but could not. The hotub was green, and there was a film on top of the pool. The pool levels were so low that the jet was not hitting it to push chemicals through to keep it clean. Movie room was nice.
