The Sri Lankan curry was excellent. Probably the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka. It is a beautifully designed and decorated hotel.

A few suggestions: 1) need to improve the service, despite being the only customer, I had to ask for a kettle 4 times before it was delivered to my room. I was not told the water in the bathroom would be switched off. But after I queried, it was switched on again. 2) suggest to install wooden blinds in the bathroom to cover the floor to ceiling window (no privacy whether you shower or use the toilet)...was one of the main reasons, I checked out early after one night. 3) the manager and owner promised to re-imburse me for the days I didn't stay but more than a month later, this promise has not been honoured.
