The house had a convenient location, and had most of what we needed. It was clean. The bed was a little too firm for us, but otherwise we were comfortable with our stay.

Lacked items like paper, pen, baggies or saran wrap. Not one piece of information about Balboa at all. Only one card game, one book. It would have been nice to have a small cooler for guest to go to beach. Some windows did not open. It just lacked personality for the guests. It really could use a small table for drinks. We have stayed in three other homes to date and they all had above items that were mentioned. We would not stay again.
