Great location and a well managed hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were great with big smiles and helpfull for all your needs.
It was all good but the amphitheater show was too loud for those who prefer to sleep earlier.

The pool is great, the staff are lovely, the view from sea rooms is good, the pool bar food is amazing and the staff at the pool bar are so lovely. The room was very clean and spacious and any requests we had were met
The selection of restaurants within the hotel aren’t great, one is very expensive for what you get and the other is a buffet style which is okay. The pool bar was definitely the best option for food. The gym has the basics could do with a few more free weights aa there is no barbells so no heavy lifting can be done but it has 4 treadmills which was great

Reception was clean and fresh, staff were very friendly.
Sitting outside for breakfast was great & having a lift down to the beach as the hill is very steep!
Check in was great and very welcoming.
Room was run down.
Shower mouldy
Shower head so strong it could Pearce your skin.
Under the sink was full of mould
Hair dryer yellow and stained
Phone in bathroom had open wires hanging out.
