Wonderful host! Communication was fantastic. We have 3 kids 10 and below. The house is laid out perfectly to have together time or get some much needed separation! It has a great pool out back with lots of shade when you want to cool down after a long day at the beach. My family likes to cook at home and the kitchen has everything you need, even a few spices! There are some great restaurants within walking distance as well. My boys also enjoyed the community basketball court and used it everyday. Destin has always been one of my favorite places to visit and being able to make this house home for a week made it even better.

The pool area and back yard was beautiful and the house was close to the beach! However, the only direct access to the back yard and pool was through the two bedrooms downstairs, making it inconvenient. We were also disappointed there were no closets to hang clothes in either downstairs bedroom and the kitchen did not have some of the essential utensils (pizza pan, pizza cutter, etc.). Also, there was no access to the garage for storage of beach chairs and equipment. The two bedrooms upstairs were very spacious.

Highly recommend, next trip to Destin we will definitely rebook. Very nice house, cute pool, good/safe location with short walk (less than 3-4 minutes) to beach.

Great place and location.
