Modern and recently built villa located in the north of the island of Ibiza, in a quiet enclave in the mountains, surrounded by forest and just 2 km from the town of Sant Miquel de Balansat.

- The main house, which integrates two houses, has 2 double bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, living-dining rooms and a kitchen.
