The condo was not clean upon arrival. The floors were filthy, there was mold on the shower door, the stove light was out, and the TV in the small bedroom didn’t work. Many kitchen items were in poor condition—knives, pots, and whisks were rusted, and the silverware in the drawer was dirty. I had to wash all the dishes we used. The Teflon pots should be replaced with steel ones, along with the knives. Additionally, there were clothes behind the washing machine, and the area around the washer and dryer was very dirty. While the property itself was perfect and the staff was amazing, it was disappointing to pay a high fee only to find the condo in such an unclean state.
