We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly what we needed for our beach trip clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax with our group. What really stood out was the communication from the Jose! They were incredibly responsive before and during our stay, and when a storm caused a power outage, they kept us updated every step of the way and did everything they could to help. Their care and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay for my family and the cost was reasonable, the amenities were great, loved the game room, especially for the kids. The game room kept the kids busy and it had a couch and tv and a pool table for the adults to play. The area was nice and the beach was close. The house itself was beautiful with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was so much space for the family to spread out. Love that the backyard was enclosed and had a grill and fire pit where you can sit outside at night. There was a gas station with a grocery store a few blocks down, Jamaica beach was free to park right at the beach. It was my granddaughter first time at a beach and we had a great time. Lucky for us the weather was perfect with no rain. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, we decided to go to the sandbar grille. They had karaoke and the food and drinks were great. I would definitely stay here again, the place and location of this place was excellent and the owners stayed in touch with us anytime we needed something.

We had a great time at the cabin! The kids and adults enjoyed the game room! Everything was just as pictured. It was well stocked with supplies! The hosts communicated throughout the process and were quick to answer when I had a question about check in.

I got this place for my son and friends. I listed all of their names and ages. We had 4 cars and one day parents came over to take pics of the boys before we left to San Luis for professional pics and dinner. The “neighbors” were complaing that we had 2 extra car & 3 adults there for 45 minutes. also that there were “young men” on the patio. wow! yes the young men listed and the extra people and cars were immediately gone within minutes after i even explained myself to Jose via text/ what we were doing quickly. I still yet got another message regarding the same issue, so explained myself again via text and had been long gone. When my son and I got there Friday, there were 2 dead frogs at the front door and the whole area smelled like dead animal, so I had to get rid of them myself. The bbq pit is absolutely horrendous & not even 1/2 of the burners work so after 2 hours of trying to start it, bbq burgers and hotdogs I decided to hurry and let them finish cooking in the oven since i had 7 hungry young men to feed. the game room should be aired out completely because it smells like old and rotting moth balls combined w/eggs so we had to do that ourselves so the boys could enjoy it & run to buy some febreze to spray the rest of weekend.
