The second floor provides two bedrooms with queen size beds and adjacent bathrooms. Central to this level, is a relaxation or play area with a pull-out bed that can sleep two or provide a place to recreate with the 65" smart tv. All three second floor areas open to an expansive covered deck with floor to ceiling glass doors.

As you ascend through the naturally cooled stair tower (Trying to minimize need for AC), take in views of the jungle landscape to reach the third-floor terrace and the master bedroom with a king bed. The terrace opens to 270-degree views with an outdoor BBQ, bar fridge, sink, dining table and an L shaped couch that sits 8 comfortably, opening to a flexible space.
