The Space:
The Sea Breeze Retreat is situated in the beating heart of Capitola with its scenic wharf, charming shops, award-winning restaurants, and assorted pubs. It will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before you arrive!
Come enjoy the sunny deck with a view of Capitola Village! The apartment features 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed, full size on the bottom and twin on the top. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer. The 2nd story deck features a gas grill and seating area for the whole gang to congregate.
Also included is one designated parking space that fits a standard-size car.
Capitola is a historic little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops, and a whole host of commercial and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog walkers, surfers, students, and young professionals.

The location was ideal to walk to everything local, right in the heart of the village - Gayle's bakery is also walking distance, so good! The place is spotless and fully stocked - both kitchen and bathrooms along with towels for the beach. Only challenge was the bed - so squeaky! My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms due to the noise - every turn or movement was a squeak. There was one other issue that came up that the management quickly took care of - super fast response and fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely lovely! They had all the necessities that we needed to make a couple of meals and enjoy our coffee out on that beautiful deck every morning. And I love how close it was to everything we could walk the entire Capitola area it made for a lovely weekend!

The location was perfect. Even though it was near the center of town, it was quiet. There is plenty of space, particularly in the kitchen. It was a comfortable and pleasant unit, within walking distance of all shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was a bit confusing regarding the entry, but we called the host and she cleared it up.

Location was little noisy 1st nite. Neighbor across street outside partying late. Parking space unit A very small. could not get in+ out car without backing into street. And : I am a not a big person_ had to turn sideways get into car. Need to inform future guests of parking space!! Kitchen dishes + utensils limited.
